We're not going back

We’re never going back to how work was before this pandemic-led crash course in remote work.

It’s going to be an experience that people cannot simply forget.

The convenience and flexibility that folks, especially with young families, are relishing is going to shatter the pre-existing model of what work/life can be.

Employers who think everyone is going back to offices after this will find a very rude awakening in a quarter as many move to search for more remote friendly companies.

Some may be doing that as I type.

If you’re remote friendly or fully remote; expect a lot more applicants interested in your workplace. It’s going to create a hiring advantage amongst a much larger population.

The shift has already happened.
