What the heck is Cy up to?

Valid question — TL;dr - I’m learning as fast as I can…

We’ve seen the rise of “Vibe” everything.

Vibe coding, vibe writing, vibe storytelling, vibe image gen, vibe video, etc. You’ve surely seen Yeti’s, Apps, and guides springing up every day.

It’s fun but it’s just the tip of the iceberg.

What I want is different.

“Vibe” leadership.

I want to be able to “Act as a CPTO” and lead a team of autonomous swarms of Agents that build, iterate, manage, and improve the products.

If you’re like — “Cy’s boiling the ocean” — it’s true, it’s not a small task. With Agents helping I’m moving at about a Sprint every day or two.

Step back for a minute if you’re thinking, “this curmudgeon with that face like an angel doesn’t want to work with people?!

I’d take a different tack. We need to return to the real world.

We are biological and chemical and have long tried to exist in the digital, but it’s not native to us. It’s harmed us in countless ways.

My hope is to be able to return the digital to its rightful owners — digital entities and, yes, return to reality (eventually). My belief is AI will move us out of living behind screens.

My hope is to be pretty far out from the code outside of relatively big strategic decisions, roadmap decisions, and guiding technical architecture and best practice. I believe the right process, tools, and some new technology will make this a possibility at high quality.

Today the tooling for myself, and eventually, others like me who want to play the executive in their solo-adventure. Success initially is my ability to spin up new products that have a reasonable polish so I can use them and iterate on them.

I am open to take any if there’s any curiosity as to what, why, or how I’m approaching things.
