Should Facebook buy Tumblr?

I haven’t heard great news about Tumblr’s monetization efforts, so I wouldn’t be too quick for Facebook to pull on, yet another, channel it’s failing to monetize optimally.

My gut says Tumblr will have a down-round in it’s next fundraising round, and, maybe then would be worth an acquisition.
