Take a few minutes and decide whether you or someone from your organization should attend ScienceOnline Oceans. I attended ScienceOnline in Raleigh in February and was absolutely blown away by how much the community works together to amplify one another and promote science, in general.

The conference will be held Oct 11-13th in Miami, Florida. In addition to the people, education and conversation, “participants will have the option of taking part in one of three all-day field trips on Sunday: snorkeling on one of South Florida’s beautiful coral reefs, touring the Everglades, or helping local scientists (including me) with ongoing shark research projects.”

Follow the attached link for more information. I will do my best to attend but am holding off as I don’t want to steal one of the few spots from an up-and-coming ocean-loving science communicator.
