Fixed issue with founder's invitations failing to add members to communities.

Found an issue with some founder’s invitations that were failing to add members to Kapuno Announcements community. This would’ve cause confusion as new members would’ve missed much of the background and getting started conversations on Kapuno.

We also re-worded some emails based on the feedback from our new members.

We’re working to update the accounts of all affected and notify them that we’ve added the community.
