Citations and fines are being given out to car sharing companies in SF, is it fair?

It seems like it’s not very business friendly to attack these nacent businesses. They seem to be operating safely, as, I’m confident, we’d all hear about any major issues they’ve had.

That said, it seems time and time again, we have the incumbents attacking the new businesses.

What are your thoughts?
